Have you bought your Mother’s Day gift yet this year?
I’m excited to announce the very first Birth Story Brave Workshop, which will be an intimate, two-part workshop during which participants will explore, reflect on, and discuss their childbirth experiences. It doesn’t matter how long ago you gave birth. All seasons of mamas are invited if they want to be included in this unique holding space. In order to give each mama enough opportunity to share as she would like, I am limiting the registration to 6 participants*.
Once we have our babies, we tend to get caught up in the relative chaos of integrating at least one new little one into our families. Yet we have just experienced something powerful and transformative, and by giving ourselves permission to take space to reflect on when we birthed our children, we are giving a gift not only to ourselves, but to those in our lives as well. Our experience of and our feelings around birth may be complicated, and processing these can help us to work through stories we’re holding onto. The stories we carry within us affect how we view life, how we act in our relationships, and how we present ourselves to the world. In this workshop, you’ll get the opportunity to explore your experiences in a safe circle of other mamas.
When: Two Tuesday evenings, May 1 and May 8 from 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm each evening
Mamas will likely find it easiest to be fully present without their little one(s) in attendance. In an effort to hold this space as a safe, non-distracting environment, I will ask that this be a child-free workshop. This is time for just you!
