PROVIDERS

Tracy Blad, MA, LMFT-S, SEP
Founder / Clinical Director

At the heart of Tracy’s work is a commitment to creating spaces where people and providers can feel supported, grounded, and encouraged to grow. As a therapist, supervisor, and consultant, she brings a gentle, steady presence and a belief that sustainable care is possible for everyone.

As a Therapist
Tracy offers a relational, thoughtful approach that centers each person’s unique story. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping them deepen self-understanding, strengthen connection, and move toward a more authentic way of living.

As a Supervisor
Tracy supports emerging therapists as they build confidence and clinical identity. Her supervision style balances structure with warmth, creating a learning environment that prioritizes skill-building, self-reflection, and long-term sustainability in the field.

As a Consultant
Tracy partners with practices and organizations to implement supportive, intuitive systems that help teams function well. Her consulting work focuses on strengthening workflows, nurturing staff well-being, and shaping environments where providers can thrive—not just get by.

Across all her roles, Tracy is guided by curiosity, compassion, and the belief that growth happens best in spaces that feel safe, steady, and intentionally designed.

Melissa Wetterlund, MA, LP, LMFT-S, RPT-S
Fellowship Program Director

Melissa has extensive experience training pre-licensed and licensed therapists through experiential, skills-based learning that supports both clinical competence and therapist self-awareness. Her work is grounded in helping clinicians understand the underlying motivations behind behavior—both their clients’ and their own—so they can provide effective, ethical, and attuned care. She is deeply passionate about supporting therapists and organizations in building sustainable, high-quality mental health services.

In addition to training, Melissa provides individual and group clinical supervision, offering support in case conceptualization, self-of-the-therapist work, ethical and legal consultation, and live clinical guidance, including video review and real-time session support. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, she is a board-approved supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health, and the National Association for Play Therapy.

Melissa also offers supervision mentoring for emerging supervisors and consultation for clinicians and agencies seeking to strengthen their clinical programs. As Fellowship Program Director at Nesting Space, she brings a collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented approach to training the next generation of confident, competent, and sustainable therapists.
