NESTING SPACE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

Nesting Space Therapy offers a unique three-year fellowship designed to support emerging therapists as they grow into confident, grounded clinicians. Our model blends clinical training, operational learning, and intentional mentorship—helping interns understand not only how to be effective therapists, but also how to thrive in private practice.

A Three-Year Learning Track

Each year of the fellowship is structured around a dedicated learning focus:

  • Year 1: Foundations of Clinical Practice
Building essential clinical skills, developing therapeutic presence, and learning sustainable approaches to client care.
  • Year 2: Deepening Clinical Identity & Expanding Competence
Refining clinical judgment, strengthening case conceptualization, and exploring specialty interests with increased autonomy.
  • Year 3: Private Practice Readiness & Operational Skills
Understanding the business, administrative, and logistical aspects of private practice—equipping therapists with the confidence to work independently after graduation.

What Fellows Receive

Every student in the program receives:

  • Their own clinical caseload, with clients thoughtfully matched to their developmental stage
  • A monthly stipend for sessions provided
  • Weekly individual supervision with experienced supervisors
  • Weekly group supervision focused on community learning and real-world application
  • A supportive, intentional peer team to grow alongside
  • Mentorship from clinicians passionate about teaching, training, and development
