Kaitlyn Kaiser, Clinical Fellow
Childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood are times of significant growth and change, and these transitions can sometimes feel overwhelming for both young people and their families. Kaitlyn works with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and parents who may be navigating concerns such as anxiety, friendship or peer challenges, self-esteem struggles, family stress, and life transitions.
Kaitlyn takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and focus on creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and able to be themselves. Because every person is different, Kaitlyn tailors the work to fit your needs and developmental stage. With younger clients, this may look like play-based or creative approaches, while older clients may focus more on building practical coping skills, exploring patterns, and making sense of their experiences.
Kaitlyn’s goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel safe, heard, and comfortable being themselves. Together, we can explore experiences, develop practical coping skills, strengthen self-understanding, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Kaitlyn is currently completing her Master’s degree at UW-Superior and is practicing under the clinical supervision of Melissa Wetterlund.
