Thomas Skindingsrud, Clinical Fellow


Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and seeking support takes incredible strength and courage. Thomas understands the stigmas that can make asking for help difficult, and approaches every session without judgment. His goal is to foster a safe, comfortable space where you feel truly heard. Thomas would be honored to walk alongside you as you work towards your goals.

Thomas is passionate about working with a wide variety of clients, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. He draws on different therapeutic modalities to meet each client where they are. Thomas also has a special interest in work focused on men and adolescent boys, as well as group therapy.

Thomas brings deep empathy into every session, knowing how vulnerable it can feel to open up. He is committed to drawing on every tool and resource available to support your growth and success.

Thomas is completing his Master’s Degree at Bethel University and is practicing under the clinical supervision of Tracy Blad
